I have been able to use my experiences as an athlete and coaching know-how to take absolute novices in bodybuilding to pro status. The same can be said for powerlifting and the sports development work that I do. Taking people from any level to nationals, invite-only events and seeing them produce the results they have, has been a culmination of their hard work, and me being able to use the toolbox I have been able to develop to ensure that results continue indefinitely.

Growing up in New Zealand I played multiple sports at a high level including softball, Muay Thai, kick boxing and representative level rugby for The Bay Of Plenty. In powerlifting: 2022 IPL Worlds 2nd place 82.5kg open mens, 2022 and 2023 APL Nationals 2nd place 82.5kg in both wraps and sleeved classes. Best lifts: 270kg Squat, 140kg Bench, 282.5kg Deadlift all at under 82.5kg.

I love training because it keeps the body and mind strong. It builds a mental and physical toughness.

I love training and competing in powerlifting and in my down time I love spending time with my kids. I am a big sucker for chocolate (so if you want to win me over, chocolate is a great way to do that). Also, at heart I'm a big kid and one of my favourite things to do in my spare time is build Lego.

I have a great understanding of what it takes to take yourself and your training to the next level to perform the best you need to in whatever that may be from Powerlifting to multiple sports to everyday health. I can give you the push and support you need to take things to the next level! I have a skillset of helping people return to playing high level sports after injury.

Getting invited to compete at ProRaw twice and benching 100kg at 59kg bodyweight. I also have a best squat of 160kg and deadlift of 172.5kg.

Training makes me feel really good and it's made me a lot stronger mentally. I also love challenging myself and pushing myself past my limits.

Most of my clients are powerlifters but I also love coaching anyone who is wanting to get stronger and healthier.

I love seeing people reach their goals and become stronger versions of themselves.

I love to help people find their love for strength training, powerlifting and help them improve their quality of life.

They will get the results they desire. Simple as that!
